I am a Year 6 ākonga/student in the Uru Mānuka Cluster. My kaiko/teacher is Whaea Miki. This is a place where I will share my learning. Please note that some of it will not be complete, it will be my first drafts. Remember to be positive, thoughtful, and helpful when you leave me a comment.

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Kia ora Rableen,
ReplyDeleteIt’s Shannon here from the Summer Learning Journey. Happy New Year!
Ka pai on your real or fake challenge. It is often very difficult to decide if a picture is authentic, but you have obviously been paying attention to the CyberSmart lessons you have had to find this activity so easy. You’re absolutely correct, it’s all in the eyes between these two photos! I think the hair in the fake one also looks a little too smooth as well!
Have you had a go at making your own fake images? What are some of the more tricky things you would include in your creation?
Keep up the great blog posts!
Ka kite anō,

ReplyDeleteI think the photo on the right is fake....I mean, just look at those fingernails!!
I also think that you wouldn't be able to have your face in that position with one eye open and the other closed like it is.
Maybe next time you could write a bit about if you found this task difficult or easy.
I don't get to see what you are basing your work off,so I don't know what the task asks you to do.
